Lucidity Sound version 2 was released today.

It now has 100% of all the original Skyrim sound fx samples re-mastered/mixed.

 

STEP has quite a few smaller sound mods that install after this and overwrite/conflict with this mod. Some of them could possibly be removed to simplify the sound section of the STEP guide.

Lucidity is used as a base for now. All other mods after it are to be considered desired changes until we are able to more carefully evaluate the entire section.

plugin: LSFX-Audiosettings.esp
The Wrye Bash, Bashed Patch does not do a good job with this plugin. It removes the plugin from the plugin list, without resolving conflicts and merging the records into the bashed patch. So effectively the plugin simply vanishes.

(Mator Smash has exactly the same problem when using Smash.All. But with Smash you can create a custom Smash Setting to forward the SNCT Sound Category record changes)
