This thread does not deserve to die!

I think I have some screenshots lying around - oh, yes, these will do just fine. *digs up a couple of strange-looking photos from his nondescript desk drawer*

This one I call "Collision Meshes are Fun!"

This one is me being curious how this mod would look with ADAM's textures:

City of the Dead is just perfect for this encounter:

I've got a few. It's a mixed bag with some TTW that has a lot of elements from F&L in NV, so I hope that's acceptable.

Must say I like the looks of that Ranger Patrol Mask mod.  And am wondering what enb Skadi is using, those shots do look nice.

* I read the thread.  Thank you old world enb.  Using Lucent atm but might switch it up looking at those shots.

Mine's a personally tweaked ENB of the Apocolypse mashed together with Onix ENB's shaders and RWLE's Reshade settings- so it fits RWLE and has night vision. It's pretty smooth, but I started hating the inherent aliasing. Great for screenshots, but the shimmering powerlines and such gets on my nerves when I actually play.

That's Nevada Skies, because I never got around to switching. RWLE's author is working on a new update that looks amazing though, it even has heat shimmers haze now.  ::D:

Will the Old World ENB work with the newer ver. of RWLE? Or will you need to switch that as well?    On a side note.. Here is an interesting article on video games and Art..   http://www.cnn.com/2...st-form-of-art/

You'll just have to install and see how it looks. Hard to say.

Video games can most definitely be art. They are a form of expression, and any form of expression has the potential to be art. Art has in our time often been used as a term of value though, and that is something I feel the author of that article is somewhat confused by. It's almost as if he thinks the term "art" means "good art" (and is "defending" video games as such) whereas it really just is a form of artistic expression. There's a reason for why the term "video game artist" exists. The use of it as a term of value is also problematic because art doesn't include all forms of expression, so in trying to argue that video games should be taken seriously as a method of artistic expression, he actually dismisses other ways in which it has long attained a more profound nature: namely as a means of storytelling. I think most of us here can easily come up with a few examples of video games we think touched upon important subjects both seriously and interestingly. I for one think FNV fills that category, especially in the DLCs, but also in the overarching themes like the Hegelian Dialectic, or whether altruism works (the Followers). Life is Strange is another. Knights of the Old Republic II has always stood out as that for me too. I won't say much more on that subject though, because this is a screen shot thread.
