MCM Settings for STEP?

Does anyone have a list of MCM menu settings, similar to SRLE, but for STEP Extended?  I thought that I saw someone post some before but I can't seem to find them.  I would like to be able to print them out, to make setting up a playthru a little easier.

Note that this is a discussion for possibly developing a recommended set of MCM settings, but these are not finalized yet. You'll see a link to the WIKI in the first post. Feel free to add your recommendations to the list.
