Weird Graphic Bugs

Hi,

 

my Skyrim Vivid Weathers Enb looks a bit weird, there are some darker coloured bars on my screens that are moving all the time, i disabled ssao in the enbseries.ini and shadows on grass in skyrimprefs.ini

if i disable enb with shift+f12 everything is normal

ok i found out that this bugs are just because shadows on grass are disabled, but i really dont want them i lose 10-15fps with my verdant grass mod so is there any way to disable shadows on grass without getting these enb graphic bugs?
