Yeah, I don't know what happened to him . I haven't seen any activity from him on the ENB site either, so it's not just Nexus. Maybe he's on holiday, I don't know

So to paraphrase the description page, we need the meshes from HD Horker and then override the provided textures with your set.

 

This has been a great day. First proper LODs for Noble Skyrim pointed out by Skadi (HD-LOD Buildings by Abendaron). That led me to your Rustic Windows mod, which looks great. Now excellent looking Horkers in 2K. And it's not even 7pm yet! :-)

Yep, those are some serious HD LODs...... I think they might be overkill for most people, but even at 512 size, they look much better than the vanilla ones.
