TESV.exe getting unable to start correctly Error 0xc00007b

ok so ive downloaded everything installed correctly organized mods and when i press play i get the tesv.exe error been trying to fix it all day ive found out it has something to do with your computer and not the game im pretty tech savey but this one stumps me and im hopin u guys no more from your experiance i have ran in admin mode reinstalled the game restarted comp reinstalled some dll files and nothing is helping what am i missing lol help me out
