No new Flora Overhaul?

So the guide updated through november and into december, and I was curious if there was any reason that the guide wasn't using Skyrim Flora Overhaul 2.5b

STEP uses v1.87 to stay close to vanilla. Feel free to use whatever version you like.

Also, apparently there's a sharp performance drop going to 2.x, especially on systems near the lower limit of what STEP Core is aimed at.  Forum user Fantomax posted this: http://forum.step-pr...-vurt/?p=171015

Quick question while I am still on the topic...

 

I am using Basic Edition v1.87.

The guide says to hide certain files in Skyrim Flora Overhaul... but the dlc02 folder seems to not exist within the filetree for it. Is this an error or am I missing something?

They're in the Dragonborn Addon part.
