Went to rebuild my DynDOLOD after installing a couple mods and now I'm getting a "Duplicate FormID [0000BCF1] in file [9A] DynDOLOD.esp" error

I installed Verdant Grass, Vivid Landscapes, and replaced Pure Waters with Realistic Water Two and while doing the normal rebuild process (delete main DynDOLOD file, extract file from archive again, Re-install DynDOLOD Resources, run TexGen, etc etc) DynDOLOD threw an error after adding the SMIM-Merged-ALL.esp. Any help would be greatly appreciated
