1st Recon members are in north of map?

I couldn't find them at Camp Forlorn Hope so I decided to teleport myself to them and look where they are!

What exactly caused this?  I'm suspecting this is the process that caused this.

Open the Merges tab and right click "Cut Content Merged" and goto "Plugins", then select "Check plugins for errors".

There will be errors, so right click "Cut Content Merged" and goto "Plugins", then select "Resolve issues".

Right click Uncut Wasteland.esp and select "Ignore errors", then click [OK].

I haven't had any errors when I tried to merge the cut content mods. Is that what caused this?

Is this after doing the quests with them in Camp McCarran? It might be two different NPC entries, with the latter being teleported to Camp Forlorn Hope when you've done the Camp McCarran stuff.
