I have spent most of my spare time for the last two weeks rebuilding my modded skyrim via MO, I had an error as I was exiting MO earlier, failed to to create modlist i think it was.
Now when i go into mod organizer, my profile is completely empty of active mods, my mods are in alphabetical order and unchecked.
I have checked my profile in explorer and its unchanged, the modlist has everything in order.
Is MO not reading the profile right or am I missing something?
