Lexy's: Legacy of The Dragonborn Special Edition

I've reached the patching and LOD portion of the guide, and I've seen reference to 'SSE-Terrain-Tamriel.esm' in a couple of places now. I don't have this in my load order anywhere, nor do I see any reference to it in the main guide (I'm in the Finishing Line area). Given the sheer number of mods in the list, it's very easilly possible that I've missed a mod somewhere, but I have no idea which it is, or if it was possibly a left-over from a previous edition of the guide.

 

Regardless, if I could be pointed at the providing mod for this so I can get it corrected, I'd be appreciative.

I honestly don't know if Campfire SSE Fixes is worth it. Today trying to play the game, it crashed my game like 6 times. It's literally always CTD'ing my game and I have to sell-every-single-thing-like-this. Even when I know not to, it's so crude and hard that I actually have avoided selling anything because of the CTD's with it.

 

EDIT: That plugin has seemingly now corrupted all my saves since I can no longer reload any save at all without CTD...

The Legacy FAQ suggest that if you are CTD'ing during that quest to try using the Low Resolution Textures to get through it and/or don't take a follower on the quest.

I've seen this bug crop up dozens of times and it's nearly always this. It's so consistent that I'd almost consider adding a "dismiss all followers before continuing" message to the previous dialogue to be a worthwhile endeavour.

The funny thing is, it doesn't always happen. On my last test playthrough, before the latest update. I used the High Res Textures and accidentally took my follower on the quest and didn't CTD.

BUT, it was a standalone follower (Inigo) and not a vanilla follower, so I'm not sure.

1) I am CTDing during every dragon fight, Multiple times throughout the fight until it's killed. Does anyone else have this issue?

 

2) Ks Dragon Overhaul:

a) Safe zones option in KS dragon overhaul doesn't work dragon spawn anywhere.

B) They spawn 100%of the time every 3 days despite being set to 25%
C) I don't think the world cell settings are working either because 240 hours hasn't passed b4 more spawns appear

D) They abuse the "Become Etheral" shout. it takes 30-45 min to kill 1 dragon because they use the shout so often.

E) They've killed every guard in solitude. DX

Hey guys sorry for asking noob questions again. When creating a pre smash patch, it is ok to add merge plugins in it (wyre bash say so)? I mean for example,in a loot rules guides, we need to load Weather Systems Merged.esp after Audio Patches Merged.esp and ELE Merged.esp load after NPC Retexture Merge SSE.esp but in the end both Audio Patches Merged and NPC Retexture Merge get load below those said plugins because both of these plugins were added to pre smash patch. Not this basically we mess a whole load order? Or can we manually move those plugins ( Weather Systems Merged and ELE Merged) below pre smash patch again like we did to Conflict Resolution Merged.esp?

 

Oh and 1 more question, did anyone have a problem with Camilla Valerius (Riverwood trader) not escorting PC to the bridge during golden claw quest? I mean she had this convo with her brother and go outside pointing to black falls barrow but that's it,she just stay there not moving unless I bump her a little and stop again. Navmesh issue?

I'm not have any issues at all with my dragons.  They are working as intended as far as I can tell.

 

     Speaking of which my first Dragon assault contained two dragons.  One was shooting fire and fus ro dahing and the other was shooting frost and summoning soul cairn summons.  They attacked me at Heartwood Mill after I went in and told the lady about her dead husband in a cave.  I then drained her child to death.  The first dragon came and I believe he summoned the second one.  I used the mill and the east side of the house among some trees and bushes as cover.  What a hairy fight, I had Lydia, Jenassa, and Alum-La the Swamp Knight with me.

 

     Legacy of the Dragonborn is beginning to open up for me, in addition to fetch quests, I've got the Moonpath to Elsweyer, Build the Guild House, and a couple of other quests going for that.  The inventory management is a nightmare however (lol), takes a lot of time, (thank god for the teleport book) but it is fun.

 

     I am having a blast with my sneaky Dark Elf vampire mage (she specializes in Frost but uses some fire {as befitting a Dunmer} and lightning) has Illusion and some Alteration and Restoration (I want to use False Light stuff against the Dawnguard too- Mua ha ha).  Her name is Vulnavia after the servant in  the Vincent Price movie The Abominable Dr. Phibes.

hey guys I know I said I was going to leave this until Monday but I did Look at Trello and yes it would be very useful I set up an account and created a Lexy's: Legacy of The Dragonborn Special Edition suggested Mods https://trello.com/b/V4o4FPSl/lexys-legacy-of-the-dragonborn-special-edition-suggested-mods at the moment it contains a few mods I am personally looking and have installed on my test bench. 

 

Let me know what you think. Think I sort understand how to use it but that will improve as I start using it more.

I can only load saves like tens of hours earlier and Helgen start, anything around recent CTDs upon loading.

     Have you updated anything or installed/removed other mods during your playthrough?  If you have go to the last save that works (check the save file for the date) and remove/revert anything you have added/deleted or updated and start from there.  You can also try cleaning the saves that cause ctd in Resaver and see if that works.  If not you are going to have to do what I said first. 

 

Never update or add/delete mods during a playthrough.  If you want to play---DO NOT MOD!
