What were the recommend settings for NVSR on Windows 10?

I recall that it was mentioned that specific settings were needed and what the guide provides wouldn't be applicable.  Or that it would be better to not install NVSR. 

 

Little help would be appreciated.

Windows 10 completely broke some of the core functionality of NVSR. You must set the ini to these settings:

bHookCriticalSections=0

bHookLightCriticalSections=0

I've added a section in the guide to make mention of this fact.

I'm not familiar with the specifics, but I did see a thread regarding NVSR settings for Windows 10  on the FNV subreddit the other day.

I tested it out this morning and the game crashed after just 5 minutes. It seems that even with the listed settings, NVSR does not work with Win 10 Fall's Update.
