How to install Nexus STEP with MO?

A 678mb file exists on the official STEP page on the Nexus. How should I install it with ModOrganizer?

 

After doing so I need to install some more mod from the step-by-step list?

If you want to install STEP Core or STEP Extended, you should follow the STEP 2.10.0 Guide by installing all of the mods in the guide in the order listed in the guide. The STEP Compilation mod is installed toward the end of the guide.

That is a similar guide as STEP for Special Edition. Be aware that it is old and there are probably several areas that you'll have to figure out on your own because I've not updated it in a while.
