Skyrim SE crashes even without mods

Hey, I'm very new to modding and I have a problem with MO2. Skyrim SE crashes in-game every 1-5 minutes when running skyrim.exe or skse from MO2.

 

It doesn't crash when I'm in an instanced cave or house, but when I'm in an instanced city it does, and ofc when I'm out in the open world. I'm sure I've installed skse correctly and I've tried the memory patch. I don't have skyrim or MO installed in program files and MO is not installed in the skyrim folder.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
