Okay.  I don't use a few of the STEP mods, so I'll use this to guide me rather than d/l the patch.  I should get the exact same result this way, just without unwanted mods, right?

Which few? There's both STEP Core & STEP Extended patches, and a "read me" file detailing what EssArrBee included and change log for 2.2.9

Hello, I am installing evrything from Step core and extended so far, and just wanted to ask what i need to change in step patch. If would not use this mod, cause I like the option of geting new quests like Skyrim did it originaly :D

You would have to remove any records that are in both this mod and the step patch. Then clean and sort the masters of the step patch.

how do you do that any tutorial or something? cause i really don't know what you mean with that, cleaning a mod is easy but what you said i have no idea where to start

Yeah if you don't know how to to do it then I'd suggest using one of the STEP combined plugins and then getting any necessary patches for the STEP mods. The Choice is Yours actually doesn't remove any quests from the game, it just allows you start them in a different way so they are automatically added until you want them to be.

Hey I did a bit of reserch and was wondering do i just have to remove this records in the step extended that are made for the choice is yours on this site? https://wiki.step-project.com/STEP_Extended_Patch_Changelog or do i just remove the whole column of numbers where that records is given.

Yeah, wondering if the Dragonborn main should also be used, seems like it should be, but STEP has not been updated to make it so...

The Dragonborn file is still in Beta and has not been tested yet due to that reason.

Just double-checking my install is correct. Following the 2.2.9 wiki, Thieves Guild Requirements is after this mod in the install procedure but LOOT sorts them in the opposite order.
There are two scripts and their corresponding sources in conflict between these two mods. I just want to make sure LOOT is doing it correctly.

Krypto, what's the status of the mod? Are you getting anywhere close to release of the all in one version? The Dragonborn addon has been in beta for a few months...
