[Sugestion] - Catagory Fix

Question

Hi guys... Found a kind of annoying UI problem in MO that you may wish to consider. It is relatively minor and has no affect on functionality, but in "organisation" and it is possible it is just me that thinks this. Either way the app is great... so take this in the spirit I intend, as in just a heads up form my personal use.

If you group select a ton of mods and change the category it sets all the mods to the same one. Even if they are ALREADY in other categories.

For example I downloaded and organised the entire STEP project as a single profile. For easy updating and management I made a category for each section of the step.

This is all good.

Now I make a new profile and start to add my own chosen mods.. like Skyre or w/e. These come in using the default categories from Nexus. That is all good. Now after I have everything installed and set up in order in MO... I tried to select all the mods and put it in a new category "SkyRE+Realism"  the problem is that it changed all the other categorises as well.. putting everything in that cat.

The only way to do this at the moment is to select each individual mod and set the extar cats on it.

Maybe make multiple selecting setting of cats only ever ADD to existing sets? I dunno I am not magic programmer guru.. just saying.

I'm not certain what you're saying. I can batch change categories of my mods without problems. It you select all mods and put them all into the category "SkyRE+Realism" of course all mods will be put in that category, as that is what you just told the program to do. What are you trying to do?
