Perfect, thanks. I didn't realize that the AOS author updated the patches on his site. 

Will BOSS sort all of those correctly?

He used the same name for most of his patches that michaelrw used, so only one or two might not sort correctly. Just use the old patches and new patches in your load order when you sort. Then make a userrule for the new patch and put it right behind the old patch, then delete the old patches from your load order.
