Concerning naked leather wearing guards

While I noticed other people experiencing this, is there a fix for it besides uninstalling right to bear arms? Caravan guards, casino guards like the atomic wrangler are all naked.

The partially naked, but leather wearing guard clenched together his firm buttocks. I then somehow let out a gasp like a randy wilderbeast. Not sure that would be Right To Bear Arms doing that. Have a look at anything that adds armour, like ADAM for example. (Being serious for a second...)

Sorry, I mean the ability to copy and paste my plugin list in hopes of sparking any conversations on what the culpret could be. There doesn't seem to be an easy method of doing so as there might be with FOMM. I'm using every armor mod mentioned in https://wiki.step-project.com/User:EssArrBee/FalloutNewVegas and for some reason the leather armor seems to return when people turn off  Bear arms.

That mod contains nothing to do with Leather Armour though...

Opening that folder in explorer and examining the 'plugins.txt' will show you it contains this list of active plugins that was asked for. Simply copy that and paste here inside 'spoiler' tags or use a service like PasteBin.

Right to Bear Arms may not touch leather armor but it does touch the caravan guards inventory I believe. It messes a lot of leveled lists up AFAIK. I may be a missing bash tag.

 

I really wish Wyre would start importing LOOT's tag list.

I was thinking that, SRB. Might involve messing with some bash tags and redoing the Bashed patch.
