Double check plugins

Hi, I've been modding New Vegas for the past week or two following the F&L guide.  I think I followed the guide about 95%.  I just finished the "Create a Bashed Patch" part but have not done the DDSopt part yet because I can't quite follow the guides (it's like a mix between for skyrim and FONV).  

Anyways, I just want to make sure my plugins look good.  I have 140 total with 120 active.

That doesn't look right.  At least, the order of a bunch of mods are different than my own load order.  Did you run LOOT properly?

Yeah I ran LOOT, clicked Sort Plugins at the top and then apply.  The LOOT list is the same as my plugins list in MO.  Could my LOOT have the wrong master files?  

 

I am also running into an issue where certain NPC's aren't spawning with armor.  The Traveling Merchants by Wolfhorn Ranch that get ambushed by the Legion and one of the mercs in Novac with the doctor.  I can get them armor if I run resetinventory in console commands, but I'd rather fix the root problem if I can.  Never seen this before.

Have you ever clicked the option in LOOT to update the master files?

Just told me no masterlist update needed.

BTW - are you running LOOT as a separate executable through MO or are you running LOOT by using the "Sort" button in MO that resides above the plugin list in the right half of the MO window?

The latest list was from LOOT run as a seperate executable through MO.

First remove one of the Centered 3rd person camera plugins. Then remove the Integration - Couriers Stash.esp since it's covered by the Integration - Couriers Stash+WMX.esp. Finally, remove Mojave Nights.esp, it's included in the F&L Game Tweaks.esp.

 

Let LOOT do it's thing. Just because one load order is different from the next doesn't mean anything. Just make sure you put the rules from the guide in place, there are only a couple.
