Binary and start in

Question

Every time I install skse the "binary"location is the same as the "start in location".....What is the difference between the "binary" location and the "start in" location?.....there is a ? mark at the top of the window but it doesn't do anything....so I'm not sure if I should create an skse folder for the "skse.ini" and "plugins" folder......and are the contents of ALL skse\plugins\files supposed to go in the created skse folder or are they supposed to remain in their original mod folder in MO's mods directory? :wallbash:
