figured it out and working ini file had iRadialBlurLevel=2 instead of iRadialBlurLevel=1

also think Alternate start was doing some weridness too. but it all ok now.

Wow....I would have never guessed!!

iRadialBlurLevel is responsible for such artifacts/issues?

i actaully think it is Alternate Start. cos it has that flickerking issue in the prision cell, so you load gform the prison into an interior cell (like an inn) and you still get said issue. However if you load out then load back in it's gone.

If you load outside you never get flickering issue when loading into an interior cell.

Sorry Darth, I lost you!

I thought you said that you corrected your problem by changing iRadialBlurLevel from 2 to 1.

What AS-LAL has to do with it and how is it correlated?

Can't be an incompatibility between vivid weathers and ASLAL.

I just made a quick write-up on weather/lighting/post-processing interaction here : https://wiki.step-pr...sPostProcessing

It lack a lot of polish, but hopefully anyone who already understand a bit about modding is able to understand the difference and most of the "compatibility issues" with Vivid Weathers and other mods.

thanks Kesta,

don't worry about polishing, it's very clear yet like that and for a user like me, not a skyrim modder, it's also very clear.

Currently under Moderation Review, unfortunately.

EDIT: Never mind, author claims (in the Vividian ENB comments) that it will be up again shortly.

There are some similarities with the basic weather structure but pretty much every value is different in the weathers and weather rates.

However, its being handled

Well, he does use the exact same weather ID's as CoT. This gave me the impression he used CoT as a base to create his own mod. I suppose that's related to why it's under moderation review.

Indeed he did and he intentionally keep the same forms for compatibility reasons.
However, vw doesn't contain anything that belongs to cot. I don't believe manga to be that ignorant
