This is IMPACT with a scripted patcher for shell casings and impact data sets, so it no longer needs to edit any weapon forms, and no longer needs patches for everything. It does this based on ammo type, so it will patch most weapon mods automatically.

ooo New Vegas is getting better.  The consequences of different ammunitions was very complicated to mod, and unavoidable, last time I was there.
