Roy has made an updated version of the 4gb patcher, that will work with Windows 10, and will not require any external program launching. It edits the executable file, and allows you to run the game from steam or the launcher, without using the nvse loader. It is 100% compatible with ENB and everything else, and will substantially ease compatibility issues with having multiple loaders for New Vegas
