There is a chance it is in the bashed patch, but it doesn't have to be. If you remove the plugin(s) with the errors, DynDOLOD will run through. As the FAQ and video explains, you should check all plugins for errors and fix them. Regardless of DynDOLOD, all errors in plugin(s) should be fixed for stable game and play-through.
