I think the quality is so much superior to any other brows that we don't have much to discuss about it.
Only think I don't like now is hairs, where on earth we gonna find fine hairs to match these awesome beards and brows?
Wait, maybe Hvergelmir will make some for us x)

There's no reason to even indirectly ask for it. That has already been covered in the mod description of Beards and Brows that I intend to also do hair textures at one point.

I'd like some opinions on whether or not Brows would be a note worthy entry for next version of STEP, and if too late, the one after it.

There would be a strong urge to use a solution that combines several related enhancements to a similar standard. If your hair mods are better than the existing (which are really not that good IMO), then I would advocate using all in STEP. Our release schedule is about to ramp up significantly, so new recommendations will hit the guide relatively quickly.

EDIT: ENB should not be used for any kind of screenshot compare, but AA and AF are IMPERATIVE and no screenshot should ever be without some form of AA/AF IMO

I've been testing this mod for a while and can honestly say I cannot tell the difference loading its .esp and not loading it. TES5Edit reports it's not empty, anyone know what it does?

High or Standard?  "Normal" isn't a specific option.

I would say Normal translates fairly well to Standard.
You can also tell by the fact that the guide shows there is a HQ option, meaning the baseline is not the highest quality option.

I'll update the recommendation to say Standard to avoid the chance of confusion. Thanks for bringing this up.

LOOT says "contains 1 ITM records. Clean with TES5Edit. ...."

the step guide, nor the wiki mentions that this should be 'cleaned'.

To clean, or not to clean? What shall I do?

Clean. LOOT is updated all the time and most of the time we don't catch these things until the next release.

The changelog for version 4.0 says:

Cleaned in xEdit, so that is no longer required.

So I guess we don't have to clean it anymore, right?

If the mod author cleaned the plugin before uploading to Nexus, you shouldn't need to clean it. I'd also double check to see if LOOT includes a message about cleaning just to be safe. If LOOT doesn't include statement saying the mod needs cleaning, don't clean it.

It wasn't necessary before, but I cleaned it anyway for good measure before uploading the 4.0 version.
