CTD on load game (SSE Tech's guide)

I'm having a reoccurring CTD on selecting load game. I've followed Tech's guide to the end, got it all working the other night, but only played a few minutes because I'd stayed up late following the guide, and then just wanted to go to bed, but now I'm trying to play I'm having this CTD. 

 

Any ideas?
