DC Interiors - Room with a View\Megaton Home Bobblehead Stand

MalekBrood

Question

Hi Everyone,

Hoping someone can help.  Finished my mod setup recently and all is great except with the Bobblehead stand in the Megaton home.  I know this used to be an issue in the past but I have used the included DCRWAV-FWE Patch and I still cannot use the bobblehead stand in the Megaton home.  I just get told that I have no bobbleheads in my inventory when I have.

I have noticed that the guide says the CPD LOOT userlist would have a rule about loading DCRWAV before the FWE.esp to maintain the bobblehead stand, but there was nothing in the meta data for DCRWAV when I checked, so I don't know if this still applies when using the DCRAV-FWE patch or not.

For the meantime I have removed DCRWAV and the patch from my load order so I can use the bobblehead stand but I really would like to be able to have the DCRWAV one too so any help or advice would be most appreciated.

Many thanks

Okay, tried this out last night and the Bobblehead stand works as intended when the LOOT rule is added back in as per the guide when using the DCRAWV-FWE Patch, so i guess the CPD Userlist will need updating to include the missing rule.

The load order for the Bobblehead Display Megaton Script on mine is Fallout3.esm, FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esm, DCInt_ARoomWithAView.esp, FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esp, and DCRWAV-FWE Patch.esp so DCRWAV-FWE Patch.esp is loading after FO3 Wanderers Edition. I also see that DCRWAV-FWE Patch.esp is merged into my bashed patch and the two bobblehead scripts (one for Megaton and one for Tenpenny Tower) in the bashed patch are exact copies of the records in DCRWAV-FWE Patch.esp.

I don't know if I overlooked this LOOT rule you mention, but I just double checked and the bobblehead stand in Megaton seems to be working fine.

I looked at the LOOT rules for CPD and I notice, as you mention, that rule is no longer present. I don't use DC Interiors Room with a View myself since the games I saved and use to test the guide have already completed the "Those" quest. I'm not sure why the LOOT rule was removed. Let me know if it needs to be added back into the LOOT rules when the DCRWAV-FWE patch is used.
