Alright, I think I figured it out. Some mods cannot be merged, in this case it was MCM, JIP, and Weapon Mod menu, but the other merged plugins did work.

Are these perhaps scripts that are looking for the plugins by name and not finding the original plugins in your load order? If this is the case, you may need to use something like Relinker or Mator's Merge Plugins to fix these scripts.

I am using Mator’s Merge Plugins, and I am not sure. What I do know, is that I, for example, merged JIP Companions with other plugins, checked it in my load order, and when the game starts, it says,”ERROR: JIP Companions & Control.esp was not detected. The mod is deactivated.”Are these perhaps scripts that are looking for the plugins by name and not finding the original plugins in your load order?
