Weird tree reflection in water

ConcreteShelter

Question

Hello everyone, I've been banging my head against the wall for 3 days since I'm not able to solve this problem.

I'm getting, as reflections in the water, dark green boxes instead of lod trees reflected.

Here are a few screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/XXPRxKT

I have installed these tree mods

1) Indistinguishable Vanilla Trees https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11446

2) Enhanced Vanilla Trees for SSE

3) BillBoards Generator for Enhanced Vanilla Trees

For the water I have installed Realistic Water 2

I have rebuilt first TexGen and then Dyndolod using High setting with TreeLOD=0, and I got those results in the link I posted above

If I remove dyndolod and the esps, this is what I get

This is what I get, instead, by rebuilding dyndolod with NO 3d lod trees

Now, a lot of people on the internet said that issue can be resolved by setting

; ENB includes this fix

; do NOT use both

[TreeReflection]

enabled=true

in SSE Fixes' .ini

and

[FIX]
FixReflectionTrees=false

in the enblocal.ini

but that didn't work for me.
Then I tried deactivating all trees reflection in Skyrim.ini by setting bReflectLODTrees to 0, but this was the result. The green boxes are still there with no trees rendered in the water.

And there it is. I hope I can get any help since I've been troubleshooting for days with no end in sight.
Thank you all in advance.

PS: I also used the oldrim version of EVT and converted it through CK2, but the results are exactly the same.
PPS: The enb I'm using is Re-Engaged ENB
