Make sure DynDOLOD.esm is the highest master as suggested by the log.
Does it happen with the Based Patch removed?
When you just generate the worldspace from scratch it works?
This seemed to only happen only during updating an existing DynDOLOD
patch and didn't matter where the master was (I did try moving it up and down in the list). Consequently, I discovered the game would crash when using a DynDOLOD
plugin that also caused the access error.
I did try removing the Bashed Patch, but it didn't work as expected. My Bashed Patch is only used to manage leveled lists. It's not doing anything else.
To me or just seems like a bad update as removing the master and plugin and running fresh would bypass the error.
