I appear to have installed SKSE properly. I ensured that SKSE.7z is in the MO mods folder. I added it using the whole manual thing. I clicked the check mark. When I click on the SKSE loader itself, it works, but opening SKSE directly form MO isn't an option for some reason. In the area where it says 'Skyrim,' and 'Skyrim Launcher,' it is supposed to say SKSE. I've watched 3 tutorials, and according to each one, I appear to have done it all correctly.
I packaged up the SKSE data. Everything but the source and the data files were copied into skyrim as they are supposed to. I renamed the packaged SKSE thing to actually say SKSE. I changed the icon to that of TESV.exe. SKSE shortcut itself works fine. It just won't pop up as an option to launch the game from in Mod Organizer.
