MO2 not loading any mods

Hi.

My MO2 is not loading any mods. I'm launching the game from within MO2 with SKSE. When I try to launch SkyrimVR from within MO2 this error pops up: https://i.imgur.com/1c7uFFO.png

 

I believe my game can't access the virtual folder. I think so since I could not install dyndolod because it didnt find the required files. Manually putting those files in the Data folder of SkyrimVr fixed that, so the virtual folder must be the problem.

This is a Steam error so you'll need to figure out why Steam isn't working properly. If you have Steam running on multiple computers (say a desktop and a laptop) using the same account, you might close Steam on all but one to see if it starts working again. You might also try rebooting.

If anyone else has the same problem and finds this thread: Reinstalling Windows 10 fixed everything for me.
