Skyrim and Update are not under the Mod Name category

subatomic636

Question

I wanted a clean install of Mod Organizer 2, and while I was deleting mods I must have taken Skyrim and Update off of it as well. The .ESMs are still there, but they aren't under Mod Name. I deleted MO2 several times as well as the data in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer

I also uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim SE several times but MO2 always has the same setup. Under Mod Name all the DLCs are there but no Skyrim or Update.

I was wondering if there was a manual way to reset them of if it even matters, I just don't want to have trouble down the road.

If you mean under the Left Pane, then there isn't an issue. Technically, Skyrim and Update ESM are not "mods" or DLC, so wouldn't list them. As long as both files are listed in the Right Pane in MO2 (the actual load order), there there is no problem here.
