Keeping multiple profiles in sync

I run with kinda lots of profiles because I create mods and each gets its own testing profile. I also tend to add other people's mods a lot.

 

I'm using the separator mechanism to group mods (left side) sensibly. Is there any convenient way to keep all my profiles in sync when I rearrange things or add a new mod? 

 

Ideally it would keep the same mods selected/unselected as I started with, but I can handle it if I lose those.

I'm not aware of any easy way to keep the mod order synchronized between multiple profiles other than to select each profile and reorganize the mods by hand. I imagine such a feature was discounted as a bad idea because there may be legitimate reasons to have some mods in a different order. I typically do this when comparing mesh and texture mods to determine which I want to eventually use in the game.

There's actually two plugins there - one is for hiding files that you merge together easily (not what you need) and the other allows you to sync profile mod lists. Obviously, you want the second one.
