AMD/NVIDIA Guide Updates

If anyone has the latest drivers and also some knowledge of current optimal configurations for these under Skyrim SE with and without post processing, we'd appreciate some input on updating these guides (or make edits to the current guide(s) yourself). My own hardware and software is outdated, so I am unable to get relevant screenshots or otherwise update either of these guides.
