Simple Records LAND, NAVI, NAVM, CELL, WRLD

I am following a few mod guides and using multiple instances (portable) of MO2 for each one. In particular with Lexy's LoTD her xEdit instructions state to uncheck the Simple Records LAND, NAVI, NAVM, CELL, WRLD under options. The other guides I will be following do not state to uncheck that option. Since I was planning on only using 1 instance of xEdit how is this going to affect me, if anything? Is it better the leave the option checked? Would be it just be better to have another instance of xEdit? Thanks.

I have found a short answer I think, by having it checked (by default) it does a deeper check of records and should not affect anything. It will take a little longer to use the quick auto clean function.

It simply switches between showing per vertex data (more verbose) instead of hex byte arrays (less verbose) in these records.
