Is the Achievements Mods Enabler mod no longer needed?  It's not in the guide but I don't recall receiving the message that achievements will be disabled since I'm playing with mods installed (unless I just clicked right through it when I started a new game).

 

EDIT:  Never mind.  I see now that it's part of the SSE Engine Fixes mod.
