I'm migrating from macOS, so I know jack about Windows fonts yet. Can anyone recommend a good Unicode font for use in TES5Edit that includes the CJK characters as well as Cyrillic and Latin?  I can easily find Latin+Cyrillic ones, but finding one that also includes Chinese and Japanese has proved challenging. I get a lot of Asian and Russian mods and want to translate strings in their records into English, but they just show up as gibberish instead of the real Chinese, Japanese, or Russian.

If I'm not mistaken, MacOS, Windows and Linux all use TrueType and OpenType (*.ttf and *.otf) fonts so you may be able to use the font already installed on your Mac.
