A higher quality and readable version of 5 Dark Brotherhood Tenets in the game. Bringing you extra detail and better immersion.

I have recently updated this mod and version 1.3 is now available for download. Perhaps most importantly, I ran my textures through DDSOpt and dropped the resolution on my normal maps where most appropriate.

 

I also now have four resolutions available including 512x512, 1K, 2K and massive 4K version. These are now conveniently packaged in 3 separate archives, labelled Performance, Standard and Extreme.

 

I really can't effectively test the higher quality textures on my relatively under-powered gaming rig at all. So, if a tester would like to independently verify both the quality and graphical impact of these new textures and update the wiki as appropriate, I would really appreciate it.

 

Also, if anyone has any additional hints on how to further improve the optimization, I'm all ears. :)

Thanks for the update! I saw it earlier and updated the guide to recommend the 1024 version. I couldn't find an answer on the mod's description; what's the Vanilla resolution?

Vanilla resolution is 1K with a 512x512 normal map (same as my 1K version).  I 'm not sure if the HD pack bumps it to 2K or not.

 

I will update my mod description to mention that the vanilla texture is a 1024x1024 texture.
