SKYRIMSE So close, but need a little help (No grass and resolution problems...)

Gone through Skyrim STEP.  and everything is almost working perfectly after a few tests.

Problem 1)  No grass can't find out why,.  All the flowers and shrubs are there, just no the grass.
    typing tg in the console has no effect.  other than saying it is off or on. 
 
Problem 2)  Most of the menus are cut off top and bottom.  I  can play, but its guess work for things like how much gold do I have etc.
Scoured the net, for solutions, tried all I could find.

I have gone through as much as I can to add the patches, downloaded and install/merged them.  A couple are not registering / recognized by LOOT.

To fix grass, your INIs are messed up. You should rerun BethINI, and that should fix it for you. Specifically, bAllowLoadGrass in Skyrim.ini should be set to 0, not 1.

Would it help getting assistance if I removed all the non-STEP mods that have nothing to do with SKYUI/Resolution?  I am totally willing to do that. :D  Whatever it takes.

RE-ran the LOD steps, removed the ENB and got the grass back.  Still have the menu problems.... :(

Menus would be an issue with resolution that you're running. There is a mod out there that assists with correcting menu placements on larger resolutions, but I can't remember the name of it.
