Guys you may like to revisit the stance on fomod installers just to check. There were some great additions made to the fomod code by another user and the 'quirks' may have been ironed out.

Is it alright to leave this mod out of the STEP installation completely?  Will it cause any other conflicts?

I think the requirements need to be updated (and therefore also the STEP recommendation regarding skeleton):

We're already considering switching to the extended version for more compatibility down the road with other mods.

hmm... I've just now updated DSR, including the hotfix,  and now I'm getting a

 

'Java Virtual Machine Error' dialogue with the text: "A Java exception has occurred."

 

Never had those before, any ideas? Happens regardless of the method of calling the *.jar, either directly or via the batch files.

Update your java to the latest. Then correct your java paths in MO executables.

Is anyone else getting an error from Java saying: failed to inject dll into "javaw.exe": failed to access thread context. Please note that Mod Organizer does not support 64bit binaries! (The parameter is incorrect. [87])

 

I can't run DSR or SUM because the error pops up.

You need to install 32-bit java, not 64-bit. :)

If it makes it work, fine. Wouldn't using 64bit be better though use wise? Or is it something it can't compute?
