I think we should stick to the names that are on Nexus (or any other download source) mod pages.

THIS, a million times.

Just because a mod has weird seemingly unrelated stuff for example at the beginning of the name doesn't mean it should be renamed in the guide. It confuses people.

In this case, it is fine to rename as on Nexus; however, in some cases, this is just not going to happen, because mod names are URLs, and some mod names are just too ridiculously long to work within our URLs ... and our mod tables also use the mod names, so long names also do not work. Perhaps we can use the long name in the mouseover though.

You are right, some are horribly long. However, it's usually the first part that's important. I don't really agree with putting author's name before the name of the mod, but it's called like that, and when you cut it out, the name starts with completely different letters and it's confusing when you are looking for files in a folder, for example.

So for example, stuff like this

Enemy AI OverHaul---Revenge Of the Enemies---No Scripts Version

Better Stealth AI for Followers - No Torch while Sneaking

could be shortened from the other end without problems,

while

"Shrines HD" cut down from "Mystery Modders Shrines HD"

is really really BAD idea.
