They are not all included. This has been verified in the comment thread for USKP and WAF.

I still consider WAF a requirement for my build.

Yep there are hundreds of design changes in those mods that the USKP will never have, it only includes the bugfixes.

Agreed Fri, however the USKP didn't include even some of the basic fixes such as: The duplicated "Circlet of Extreme Magicka" that is fixed with WAF but not with USKP.

If you look at similar circlets by Bethesda you will see a pattern where Extreme/Eminent are the top two tiers of enchantment.

WAF fixes the two "Circlet of Extreme Magicka" by renaming the stronger one "Circlet of Eminent Magicka" to match Bethesda's implementation of the others.

I believe the reason it was not included in the USKP is because they consider this "improvement" rather than "fix" in the most strict sense of the word.

I really wish things like this were included in USKP but I don't think it's going to happen.

Is it safe to update to the latest version of this mod? It was updated late March. I want to use the same savegame.

Generally Arthmoor makes entirely certain that it is safe to upgrade his mods.

I'm just browsing and I see this mod is labelled: 'dropped' but for the life of me I can't see the reasons expalined.

Am I not looking in the right place?

It was replaced with CCOR because it reduces plugins and whatnot

Well that makes sense, I myself prefer CCOR, but I can't see the documentation for this decision here.

Some of the mods that were dropped were done so in a Staff wiki discussion and voting with both Core and Extended. So some it will be documented that rather than on the threads.

You can find them searching on the forums but there is no specific link to them. They're in the STEP namespace so no one by Staff and edit them.
