Everything except the EanbleCompression line for enblocal.ini, I recommend false if you are already getting close to your VRAM limit and true if you got plenty to spare.

I was going to finish the rest of the guide like two weeks ago, buuuuuuuuuuuutttttttttttttt..... IDK real life got busy and then I got lazy about it.

I don't understand guys, I downloaded ENBoost.. but I want it to have some cinematic effect in game too. Then I read about True Vision that it is recommended by STEP, I downloaded it and there are all kinds of Option folders to choose from, however if I choose anything from True Vision then I will overwrite the ENBoost enblocale.ini :D I don't get it (I swear I don't).

My card is MSI GTX680 (2gb) and processor i5 750 @ 2.67GHz (4GHz clocked)

Is it possible for me to play the game with some sweet ENB effect +1k textures? I felt like even though I had all those mods, something was missing.. and then I started reading about ENBs and looking at screenshots and realized it's what I'd want into my game. I haven't even finished Skyrim, I want to finish it with all the best stuff on :D and play in peace!

I don't feel like the Wiki is helping me too much to understand this all, I feel it would be more helpful if someone with good experience can suggest me something and then I would try to tinker on it

Thanks

From the wiki:

ENBoost is a memory reduction feature added to the ENB Series to address the crashes and freezes of Skyrim due to hitting system memory, or RAM, limit of a 32-bit application. ENBoost is included in the ENB Series graphics modification and is now a part of all up to date ENB profiles or can be used without the graphic modifications of the ENB Series.

Just use the ENB profile you like the best and then open up enblocal.ini and change the settings under [MEMORY] like the guide says. Or use the tool on the wiki that helps you pick.

Okay ENB basics.

ENB consists of a .dll file and an enbhost.exe file, and a load of .fx files and .ini files.

The content of these .fx and .ini files determine what you see ingame. This is what is called presets, you can find a million of those on the nexus.

ENBoost is part of ENB as long as the preset is for after v.200. So there is no need to go to the ENBoost page if you want to use ENB. Since it is already included. You do have to still set it up manually, since every enblocal.ini is unique to your system.

ENB can kneel even the best of computers, but what many people do not get is that performance is not set in stone for a preset. If you find one where you like the colors and mood, you can make it work for your system with a few tweaks... most of which can be done from ingame.

Also if you want to try a new ENB preset just replace all files in the skyrim dir, and start the game again. It is not save dependent, and you can alter it at will.

Most of the settings can be altered from ingame using shift + enter. Consult the wiki for what the stuff does or just experiment. If you alter stuff like quality parameters, etc. you have to press save, and then apply for it to take effect, since the shaders have to restart.

Hope that helps.

Aiyen thanks for explaining, it was WAY easier to understand than wiki :D! I sort of got the RealVision to work, I see the nice effect in game (using Natural preset) and Full Graphics from performance. I now understand the composition of the ENB pack completely, 1 folder for presets (theme) and 1 folder for different types of performance options.

However in game I keep getting this message that my Hardware Antialiasing is enabled some effects are disabled, I am 100% sure it is turned off in Skyrim Launcher (and I set the 2 setting files to read-only after doing that, so it can't rewrite it over). What is going on there?

I had turned off the AA from nvidia control panel already, I just downloaded inspector and check it. It was set to Off from there as well, and indeed I use MO how do I disable the AA settings from there..? I googled it but didn't find much information on this topic

I checked the MO ini editor, but it just loads my .ini files from My Documents? Is there a setting inside MO which forces the AA on for me?

Ok after further searching I found the reason might be because I'm using the latest DLL, but RealVision recommends another version anyway thank you guys for your help and all the explaining, it was really helpful and now I can test other ENB's my own (whole new world to discover :D) Vibrant ENB here I come
