Ever wondered why Khajiit or Vampire eyes only work in the dark for 30 seconds? Or why adjusting eyesight to low light conditions is so noisy? Or even why the mages of Tamriel have let the Night Eye spell & enchantment go the same way as the mages guild?

I don't understand the last sentence, but overall this mod looks very interesting, and it makes sense.
