wanted Chat functionality?

The IP Board forum software actually comes with it's own built-in chat software (limited to 5 users at first, but can be upgradable). I don't think it would take that much effort to activate it - and we (the community) kinda want to use it to brainstorm together.Would setting up the chat system work for the STEP Project?

OT, we should stop saying STEP Project. My brain can't stop seeing skyrim total enhancement project project. :p

I have the IRC set up, it's way more useful in it's current state than a chat would be without investing money in it. I've only received a reply from 5 people so far and none of them have logged into the IRC yet from what I can tell looking through the logs. Before the chat is considered I would have to say Zed and S4N would want a couple weeks of the IRC being used before they decide to shell out.
