A feature that is now available is Best Answer, where moderators can designate a post in a support thread as the Best Answer. Once this is done, the thread will be tagged with "answered". Forums which have this feature enabled, also have a link towards the top that allows a user to sort the view based on "answered" and "unanswered", making filtering easy.
As many of you have noticed, the Answered sub-forums have been removed, and the posts that were contained within them moved into the appropriate parent forum. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, none of them had a post marked as Best Answer.
We will be going through the list of threads that were in MyBB to identify the threads that need to be marked. For those that manage a forum in Support and Troubleshooting, we will be compiling a list of threads as they existed in MyBB so that they can be sifted through and the appropriate posts can be marked accordingly.
