Another one! :p This time from the author of Realistic Boat Travel, Thicketford.

 

I actually use this one so I can say that it has no conflicts whatsoever and is very everything-friendly. These borders and gates are just plain wood but are guarded as well.

Yeah, been using this for several months, made by a good mod author with a good track record and I have had no issues.

I prefer Unique Border Gates over this one though. These borders are slightly more generic and less detailed overall.

All things being equal, I'd agree with that assessment but looks like the "unique" version has some conflicts to work out with at least one popular mod.

Exactly, I'm pretty much just waiting for you guys to solve those issues and I'll probably go over there myself :/ this is still a great mod nonetheless (escaping Tech's OT radar xD)
