Seems like a nice little mod. You can pay court wizards to fill your empty soul gems. Customisable via MCM.

 

I'd love to see a feature though where you leave your empty gems and come back in a day or two to pick up the full ones. At the moment I think they're being filled instantly, which is a little immersion breaking.
