I uploaded https://wiki.step-pr...o_shortcuts.png to the wiki, but the image doesn't show. Tried saving it in another photo editor and it still won't show. What's wrong?

I've had an issue like this. Try resaving it as a jpeg.

PNG is better as it produces a much smaller file size on application pictures like this, besides being lossless. I've not had issues before.

The file name on your computer is probably "mo shortcuts.png"; however, the wiki for whatever reason capitalizes the first letter on the wiki so the name on the wiki and the file name is different...meaning the wiki is looking for a file that doesn't exist (all due to that capital letter). Capitalize the first letter of the file and then reupload it. It'll be fixed.

I've already pointed out this issue to S4N.

That makes sense. I'll try that.

MW will automatically rename the file when it is uploaded so that the first letter is capital. The problem has been one of permissions, but I just fixed that so this shouldn't happen any more. Hopefully. :)

Yay! :woot:

It took me forever to find out why my images weren't showing up the first time I ran into this.

This might be the best news I heard in a while. I pretty much gave up on uploading some images. THis whole time it was case sensitivity...  :pinch:

The problem for me is that when I uploaded a full 1920x1080 image it didn't resize properly and just kinda left a broken image.... I then try to upload a be one after it at about 480x272 and it works just fine but in the page I used 480px instead of the broken 400px

EDIT: It finally started to work... I don't know why... It still defaults to 400px on a 1920px image. I should default to 480px
